“I focus mainly on the health and wellbeing of my clients. I have regular meetings with them and encourage open communication to identify their ongoing needs. I do everything I can to ensure they obtain the best possible outcome for their claim.”

ABOUT

Ainsley’s expertise is personal injury litigation, an area in which she practices exclusively.

Before joining our team, Ainsley worked at a large insurance defense law firm in downtown Vancouver, where developed keen insight on how ICBC and other insurance companies defend personal injury claims.

As a result, she’s developed a talent for getting the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her main goal, however, is in ensuring their wellbeing throughout the process and beyond.

She was called to the bar in 2013 and has effectively resolved personal injury cases through informal negotiations, mediations and settlement conferences. She has trial experience in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Ainsley spends a lot of her time volunteering for various organizations, among them – Children’s Wish and the BC Cancer Foundation’s Ride to Conquer Cancer (in which she’s also participating in this August). She’s Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Canadian Bar Association. She also participates in the mentorship program with UBC, UVic, and TRU.
