Alan is fluent in Vietnamese and has served a diverse clientele since he began practicing personal injury law ten years ago both in and outside of Vancouver.
He’s represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and before the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles.
As a consultant for The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), Alan has also successfully defended clients before the Human Rights Tribunal and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
Early in his career, Alan worked at two prominent criminal defence law firms in BC. There he learned valuable strategies from trial experiences, which he now applies to his practice. Later he joined a litigation law firm in Vancouver where he honed his skills in criminal law and discovered a love for personal injury law.
Today he puts all his energy into helping personal injury victims obtain just results. He’s also active in Vancouver’s Vietnamese community.
