Dale is a senior partner who’s devoted his 25 years experience to personal injury law in Vancouver, the Pacific Northwest, as well as in out-of-province jurisdictions.
He’s inspired by the challenges and courage faced by too many of his clients. He’s appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the BC Court of Appeal, on their behalf and has reached many seven-figure financial settlements for them.
Dale specializes in injuries caused by the negligence of others. This includes motor vehicle, boating, and aircraft accidents, as well as product liability, occupier liability and medical malpractice. Many of his cases involve Underinsured Motorist Protection (UMP) which is when at-fault drivers don’t have enough insurance.
He’s handled a range of physical and psychological injuries from mild to catastrophic and has amassed a wealth of medical knowledge. He’s able to interact skillfully with specialists to secure the evidence he needs to defend his clients, as well as to ensure efficient access to the treatment and rehabilitation they require.
Dale helps oversee the personal injury litigation department at Helpforme. He also devotes a generous amount of personal time putting together seminars and mock trials to help UBC law students develop real-life skills.
