David has over 25 years of success in personal injury law. He’s been honoured with “Distinguished” status in peer ratings by the legal publication, Martindale Hubbell, every year for the past ten.
David has settled and litigated thousands of cases. He has extensive experience prosecuting catastrophic personal injury claims including paraplegia, quadriplegia and traumatic brain injury, as well as wrongful death.
He and his team coordinate comprehensive medical, vocational and economic assessments to truly determine the impact of injuries suffered by his clients and they explore treatment options. In doing so, they set a solid foundation for his clients’ fair compensation. Finally, through skillful negotiation and, if necessary, trial advocacy, he fights hard for the rights and well-being of his clients.
Put simply, David cares.
Before focusing solely on personal injury law, he practiced insurance defence litigation, including ICBC litigation. He attributes much of his current success to the experiences and insights he gained in that time.
David’s clients include legal and medical professionals, as well as the Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia. He also helps clients outside of the province.
